Jacobi Vanderham (he/they) is a Montréal-based vocal coach, songwriter, and producer. He holds a BFA in Theatre Performance from Toronto Metropolitan University (2014). His work as a coach is rooted in Functional Vocal Training, a methodology developed by renowned vocal pedagogue Cornelius L. Reid. After studying for 12 years under David Dunbar, a longtime protégé of Reid, Jacobi established his own coaching practice in 2019.

Jacobi’s approach emphasizes positive reinforcement, aesthetic-free judgment, and play, guiding individuals towards functional vocal freedom. Based in his Montréal home studio, he works with actors, musicians, and non-musicians alike.

In addition to his coaching work, Jacobi produces and composes music for theatre, film, contemporary dance, and his alt-pop solo project Telehorn.
